  1. BE AFRAID!!!!
  2. Is that like tyre slime that the mountain bike riders use in tubed tyres??
  3. Then you may as well wright the bike off as the labour costs will cost more than the bike.. Come on, everyone has to learn somehow, and from what you've said the repairs are pretty simple to do. Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! Since it's already basically a wright off, you can't make it any worse!!
  4. Nope because it clearly doesn't say POLICE!!
  5. Totally agree, also i park my crappy dog wagon in front. Makes it look like I have nothing of value and makes it harder to get in.
  6. I've always ordered mine for China.. Stuff doesn't take long to arrive. What's the rush?
  7. Nah I told them "it got blown over in the wind" which when you see I live RIGHT on the coast.. Is kind of believable [emoji39] They'll still mark it on your record for next five years and use it as an excuse to charge you more money... Shouldn't have told them anything
  8. That sucks.. Did you actually tell your insurance company?? Try to avoid telling them if you can.
  9. as i am new... please dont be mad but please tell me you're joking? Deadly serious, we make all the newbies wear them as a right of passage into the inner circle of trust...
  10. Yep, tlt2 is a great little device. But make sure you get the waterproof one! I've spoken about tlt2 on here a few times so do a search and you'll find my ramblings. If you need a hand setting it up, let me know.
  11. Get a set of Enfield garage door bolts to secure the main door. I have them on mine. Easy to fit. I fitted mine so there is no way to unlock the main door from outside. Only way in is through the rear steel security door which is dead bolted. Movement sensors inside the garage are linked to my ADT house alarm.
  12. Is it related to the amount of fuel in the tank? Or how long the bikes been running?
  13. Take it back! When buying from a dealer you pay a premium to cover issues like this. If you wanted a bike to tinker with you could have bought it cheaper privately.

    What a week

Fronts of cars are designed to crumple up and the bonded in windscreens are partially structural. Backs of cars designed to protect occupants from rear impacts but don't need to crumple as much. So looks like they both did as they were designed to do I had a Vauxhall corsa clip the rear end of my old Mercedes on Xmas eve a few years back. My car had bashed bumper and broken rear light, the corsa ended up in the middle of the road, front end all smashed up and wheel hanging off!!

    What a week

glad youre ok, towbar probably written it off. Look forward to next couple of years of phone calls letting you know your could claim compensation....
  16. Given that I haven't seen my bike since last year and I stopped getting texts messages from my GPS tracker a few months back, I'm pretty sure my battery is shagged.. 50quid, delivered... Job done
  17. Just looked up the motobatt for my bike.. It's got four terminals (two positive and two negative) That would actually make like easier when connecting/disconnecting accessories as my factory alarm won't scream at me! Never seen that on a battery before - nice idea.
  18. This is an interesting article talking about how the Internet Of Things (IoT) might help the NHS http://hitcentral.eu/integrated-care/co ... ustain-nhs
  19. The problem is, whoever you listen to for advice will be bias one way or another, and noboddy actually knows the true consequences of leaving or staying in Europe. So there is no way to fully educate yourself prior to voting. Democracy is a good thing but currently we are all expected to be political experts and do our own research before casting a vote. That's where democracy falls down.
  20. Bargain!! Get it fitted and back for a free retest
  21. The carousel is fun in a car, bet it's great on a bike!
  22. Probably won't have a battery being an MX bike
  23. Yes and yet there are still traffic jams?? Try to avoid the place if possible.
  24. Mine has one built in too. Also has digital speedo. On the odds occasion I've looked down at the dash whilst coming to a stop, I've mistaken the speedo for the gear indicator and thought I was still in 4th gear when actually doing 4mph..
  25. You wont use it. Gear indicators don't stop you going for 7th gear!!
