  1. No problem, glad it worked! Conditional formatting is only really for making things look pretty (colours based on cell value) what you needed was a formula to generate a new cell value based on another. Always happy to help if you have anymore questions
  2. It tests them in sequence. With a single if, it evaluates the condition. If true it returns one value if false returns the other (pass/fail) In this case instead of fail you tell it to run another If statement.
  3. On my mobile at the moment so difficult to type, but you can embed if statements within if statements. So something like that: IF(B3>69, "A*", IF(B3>60, "A", IF(B3>50, "B", IF(B3>40, "C", "FAIL"))))
  4. Pretty common sight on the enduro bikes.often See them cable-tied to any bit of exposed frame.
  5. Google "Tool tube"
  6. Need to listed the the video to find out what it really is...
  7. I saw an American version of this but it was a stupid price. Looks nice and easy to use.
  8. Onesie or two piece?
  9. In the world of the cloud, you do it all from an admin console. Want a bigger server? Just change the settings and reboot and your machine will come back online in the new configuration..
  10. Rumours perpetuated by Gaming hardware manufacturers Not all rented servers are equal. Depending on who you rented from before, you may have had minimal resources or high number of virtual servers on the same hardware. Cloud based servers are used for pretty much everything these days, from simple web hosting, to low latency electronic trading.and gaming companies use them as the backend for mobile apps as it allows them to scale up and down based on demand. For the sake of a few quids worth of cloud time and a couple of hours setup and testing, I'd say it was worth a try. You're biggest issue is likly going to be ping time and hop counts, but that's not going to be any worse than a server in you bedroom on home broadband where providers are know to throttle gaming traffic... Amazons EC2 even lists "Gaming" in the use cases.. https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/
  11. Take a look at Amazon's cloud offerings. Loads of cool stuff that would help most businesses to save money on infrastructure. Register a personal account and start playing, its not expensive, you only pay for the resources you use, so if you only fire up the tiny servers and leave them running whilst you play it won't cost you much at all, but you'll get some valuable cloud experience.
  12. And get it slightly wrong and you seize your engine.. two strokes need a good supply of oil to keep them from seizing. So be very careful if you start leaning out the mixture..
  13. my understanding was always that it didnt invlove destroying the plug. it was just a way to get a good idea what the full throttle jetting was like, so by running full throttle, killing the ignition and coasting to a stop, you basically get a view of how the plug was at full throttle. Make sure you pull the clutch and shut the throttle..
  14. expensive way to see if your jetting is right!
  15. Loads of great cloud hosted solutions out there. Could work out cheaper in the long run. Just spin it up when needed and shut it down when not and only pay for actual CPU time. No need for space to keep it or for the power/bandwidth it consumes.
  16. Tell the driver, leave him a note. Could be innocent mistake.
  17. Google photos is brilliant. Syncs with your phone so all pics are backed up. Create a public folder for forum pics and share from there.
  18. Police will crush it when you're pulled for that exhaust and you're found to not have insurance... White walls are the least of your worries! Haha
  19. Could be worse, check out this guy!! http://imgur.com/X8VUrga
  20. Change is good Good luck in the new role
  21. If its for the road, get a two piece! Ever tried to take a number-two in a motorway service station wearing a one piece leather suit?
  22. Haha mine is with Nationwide too!! Bunch of useless incompetent idiots. I checked the FSA complaints data, and Nationwide received over 42,000 complaints in a six month period!! So seems we are not alone...
  23. While this is a great plan, what did they do to you? Wall of text time!!! My current mortgage deal ends on Jan 31st. On Jan 16th I called them to switch deals and was told I couldn't do it over the phone and had to do it online. They told me I was already registered for online services so it wouldn't be a problem. I attempted to login and was told infact I wasn't registered, so I proceeded to register for online services. The website then said it would take 10days for my pass code to arrive in the post. The passcode arrived on the 25th Jan, i went online to switch deals but the website gave me a starting date of March 1st - a whole month after my existing deal expired. I called them up and they told me I'd missed the deadline which was the 24th and so there was nothing they could do. They then told me that infact I didn't need to be registered online and could have done it over the phone in the first place!!! So for one month my interest rate will jump from 1.6% to 3.99% and then on march 1st drop down to 1.3%.. So for one month I'm getting stung for a chunk of extra interest all because they gave me bad information on my first call. I raised a complaint and the condescending, arrogant woman on the phone basically said it was all my fault and had zero sympathy. So I've filed a complaint with the FCA as in my opinion I'm being unfairly penalised due to their mistake. Fortunately it's not a huge sum of money, but that makes it even worse. For the sake of a few hundred quid they are being idiots and clearly don't have customers best interests in mind. So the new deal I selected has no early repayment fees so I can now take my time to find another provider. I intend to ensure this will cost them more in time (dealing with the FCA complaint) and money (lost business when i switch providers) than it will cost me in one month extra interest..
  24. Evening all, p1ssed off with everyone and everything today. Mortgage company stitched me up, trains all delayed, beer in the pub didn't taste normal. Still not home. Desperate for a pee, stuck on train with disfunctional toilet. Currently plotting revenge on my mortgage company..... Considering peeing in a bottle and posting it to them. Two birds with one stone
  25. the original ones are probably quite thin so careful you don't lay the carbon up too thick else they wont fit!
