  1. Return it all for a refund
  2. Amazon Prime. Free next day delivery. Buy new stuff and have it posted to the venue
  3. Spray paint "Pedo kiddie fiddler" on his garage door and let the local vigilantes deal with him.
  4. You should tweet the science guy from it! I don't think you could, with the front wheel lifted it's closer to the centre of the circle so tighter radius thus higer g-force pushing it back out against the wall. .. Also did you notice guys home built bike had no front brakes??
  5. watching it now - pretty good show. But why didnt they let him do his final run?? he was ready to go and was told he couldn't go again... got me thinking though, could you pull a wheelie on a wall of death??
  6. Have you tried a factory reset? I've had loads of Nexus devices and never had a problem updating software.
  7. I'm waiting until the day of the rally to decide. If it's raining I take the car. If it's dry I take the bike.
  8. Yes the oneplus is a good alternative to the Nexus devices. I was considering buying one. But I do love the fingerprint reader on the 5x.
  9. Amen to that, my Samsung has gotten worse and worse with every update. That's a good reason to get a Nexus device. The updates you get for Samsung's have all the Samsung specific stuff in them. Nexus devices get pure, unadulterated android direct from Google. Updates improve android devices not make them worse.
  10. Google Nexus 5x here. Pure android without all the bloatware installed by Samsung and other manufacturers.
  11. Posted twice: http://themotorbikeforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=59910" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
  12. Welcome to the forum, sounds like the product is not fit for purpose. Contact citizens advice and speak to them about the "consumer rights act" (previously the sales of goods act). Vendors should not be selling expensive products that wear out quickly.
  13. That's the old school way that I used to do it back in the day.. Great fun, but takes ages.
  14. Leave well alone. Sounds like you don't have the required skill set to do it properly and also you won't be able to sell it in a couple of months as nobody will want it.
  15. Which is exactly what I wanted mate. I've had GSXR's x2, ZX9R and Fireblades x2. At 47, it's time to experience some luxury instead of knackered wrists. So how does it compare to the sports bikes? Plenty of torque I should imagine
  16. Very nice, carbon makes it look very sophisticated. It's a bike i could see myself riding when i grow out of sportsbikes and need something more comfy to eat the miles.
  17. Yes, and if we get charged the same price as a car I'll expect the same space as a car, not some poxy little bike bay. In the days of Internet connected phones there is no excuse to have to phone up and be charged a fee when an app could do it for free.
  18. Just to get past the MOT chemical metal a bolt onto the frame and paint it the same colour as the frame.. It will never be noticed.
  19. you recommend these a lot..... are you on commision?? Haha I should be!!
  20. Nice bit of fun, but not going to recover a stolen bike. Want a good cheap GPS tracker - look at the TLT2-F
  21. If I had an alternative within walking distance I would use it, but unfortunately halfords is my only practical option that lets me drop the car off at 8am and still get my 8:27 train to work. Lost work costs significantly more than halfords markup! But cars are so simple to work on these days, it's hard to get stuff wrong on a routine service. And if they do get it wrong I'll quickly give them a very hard time about it!!
  22. Yep, they bought my silence for 50quid! Haha
  23. Nope - still the same morons as last time it seems... Email sent to head office, let's see what freebies I can blag for my inconvenience.. And ear bashing i took for "telling her to take it on the wrong day" Got 50quid back... Result! Shame the service, MOT, and full set of discs and pads cost best part of 800quid
  24. Flings everywhere as it's not sticky.
