mealexme
Basically when I did my mod 2 (2 and a half weeks ago) there was heavy rain and floods etc, and my gloves had pools of water in the fingers. I was out for about 3 hours as It took a while to get there and back, plus I did some practice before hand. Anyway, my fingers were like prunes afterwards and its now 2 and a half weeks later and they are still wrinkly, but my fingertips are also tight and dry, aswell as wrinkly and its starting to annoy me now. Also it looks like a layer of skin has come off becuase only half of my fingertips have fingerprints... I cant find much on google becuase I dont really know what to search for, has anyone else experienced similar? How do I stop them from feeling tight as thats what annoys me most? I have tried hand moisturisers but they dont seem to do much, plus I thought after a couple of weeks it would sort itself out :/thanks
cruz
Visit your GP.Could be nothing but unless we have a GP as a member who will give advice without seeing you, that is the best option. It certianly doesn't sound right to me, not after 2 1/2 weeks.

Susieque
I'm with Vicki on this! I use Sanctuary intense moisture hand cream massaged well into my hands & then put on some cotton gloves, which I wear all night in bed!Hands are lovely & soft in the morning You could try an exfoliating scrub on your hands first, to get rid of any flaky skin

XmisterIS
Just give it time, they'll heal! You should see my hands from years of rock climbing and bouts of eczema! Covered in scars. I also have a numb patch on one of my fingers where a knife slipped and I chopped off all the skin and muscle over one of the knuckles - it was quite fascinating - you could actually see the ligaments and bone moving - as well as copious quantities of blood!
