Didn't know if this should go in "nob of the day"

I'm about to spend the next two hours of my life watching the F1 race and I don't know why I bother. Every race is boring and yet race after race I sit here thinking/hoping it will be a good race.

WSBK is recording as my wife is a huge fan of F1 so today she is in charge of the remote

I prefer to watch the BTCC on itv4 much closer racing compared to F1

I'm afraid I find this a bit boring as well. But then I grew up watching this in the 80's and 90's so have fond memories of the cars and the races. The new cars just don't hold my interest like the "classic" races did.

The 90s cars were great! I bought a Peugeot 405Mi-16 because of the BTCC those were the days...

Last time I watched and was really interested in F1 was from the late 80's up to when Nigel Mansell raced. Completely lost interest when he left. I did try to watch for a couple of seasons after he left but it just got boring.
