motorcycle camera's Reviews what best to buy ?

Hi

i brought one those sports 360 camera's and a shoulder mount, does't seem to be all that great turns it self off etc. basically not that good

is there any camera's you can recommend ?

Go pro/hero too much money.

i am not keen on sticking things to my helmet what harness do you use or do you stick them to your helmet and where?

I use a Drift Ghost S HD. Sorry, but you get what you pay for. The cheap cameras just won't deliver to this standard:

The hero 4 session (the previous model) is pretty cheap now.

Depends what you want it for. Want to be the next BVG? You are gonna have to spend some money.

Want something that just looks pretty good that you can show your mares? There are some good gopro knockoffs that will serve the purpose.

Cheap = Not same quality, likely to break. does the job though

Expensive = Fantastic picture, good support, does the job well

Avoid JooVuu in my experience, Bunch of crooks.

Unless you plan to do vlogging with an audio commentary, I'd get a gopro.

Gopro is totally the wrong shape for mounting on a helmet and they are not cheap but video quality is very good.

Depends what you want really, but there are plenty of good quality cameras available that don't make you look like you have a huge Lego block stuck to your helmet for a fraction of the price of a gopro.

Very true i paid £54 for it and its rubbish, i was sent out a replacement witch was no better. Id be willing to pay alot more for a decent one, the camera you use is so clear! Ill do a bit of research see what i can find, was it on a shoulder strap?

They look great but im more worried about spending a weeks wages on a camera for the bike. If i started vlogging i doubt id getting any follwers sic30 would be my biggest fan

Looking for one for incase of accident its caught on camera, also if like tomsee where i can improve on my riding and build up bit more confidents

Father Christmas has got me (because i've been a good boy this year) a Drift Stealth 2. Quality looks good, shape is better for me than a Go-Pro. No mic port though but i dont need that anyway. £90 from amazon.

cheap to ,you get a load of mounts half of which I haven't what they're for ..probably for push bikes?

I paid £40 for mine but heres a much cheaper...look the same etc.

I remember reading somewhere that the quality cheap chinese copy manufactures SJ have have problems with cheap chinese imitators giving them a bad name

For £16 did it do WIfi pictures to phone?

maybe the cheap £16 are crap,I paid £42 for mine can't fault it.

had it attached to a scooter riding all over Lanzarote .picture quality was excellent.

However it seems that best evidence gives go-pro but any make of camera will be enough

I do really want a camera purely for insurances purposes but incant bring my self to part with the cash.

I also know i would never be arsed to charge it.
