Bad planning

Went for a ride out this morning and called into local bike shop for a brew.

I'll just had a quick look round shop and ended up buying new jacket, trousers boots and some cleaning stuff. Walked out of shop with my carrier bag. Then it hit me, I'm on the bike, how the hell am I going to get all this home.

Had to leave it behind counter and go home to get car

Could always have gone in and bought a massive top box or something too!

Can carry loads of stuff with just some bungees. I carried half a CG125 (frame, swing arm and a few other bits) on the back of an ER6 once. It was a little dodgy in fairness but worked out fine!

To be honest the hardest part of it was getting into the house without the Mrs seeing it all.

Last time I had this issue they gave me a free Cargo net and as importantly my misses was out at work.. She only realised I had spare boots when she went Pillion and I "happened" to have a spare set :D

Had that sort of problem before, twice.

Fortunately neither is any issue any more, heh. I keep trying to imagine how badly the last one would have lost her sh1t if she'd seen my recent purchases and we were still together!
