Muttly Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 Should I paint it with something? I know it gets hot so what about ‘stove exhaust paint’ or is there something else I can do? Quote
BIKERDAD Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 Can you use that (b&q) paint on down pipes .as I love the all black exhaust look . Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 Halfords do a high temperature paint. The tin says rated to 300 degrees but I used it on my downpipes and it's lasted fine. Dead easy to apply as well. Quote
Guest Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Can you use that (b&q) paint on down pipes .as I love the all black exhaust look . I have used it on previous bike exhausts with no problems Quote
megawatt Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Yep, use cheap barbecue paint. Expensive VHT paint is a waste of money and all paint falls off. Quote
BIKERDAD Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Thanks for that . I'll go and get some . As i said I like the all black pipes look so . Quote
fastbob Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 I'm very pleased with this stuff from Tool Station. Quote
