ApolloMozart Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 I have a pair of very nice leather trousers which I wear when weather gets warmer. But fore some weird reason, over winter they have shrunk around the waist a bit, by an inch or so...Is there a way to stretch leather? Obviously without causing any permanent damage...Thank you Quote
raesewell Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Always happens to me, trousers shrink over the winter. Eat less for a while Quote
dynax Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 use a leather conditioner, leather needs to be kept reasonably moisturised as it will dry and shrink and crack Quote
ApolloMozart Posted May 14, 2019 Author Posted May 14, 2019 Almost forgot about Renapur tub! Will give it a go tonight and see what happens tomorrow morning...Will also eat less tonight. Quote

Guest Richzx6r Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Anyway we got off topic, just a question though do the leather "trousers" in question cover your arse and are they covered in biscuit crumbs on the front Quote
Guest Richzx6r Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Well I felt the thread was lacking in the biscuit department so thought I'd throw some dark chocolate digestive crumbs into the mix Quote
ApolloMozart Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 Tried the Renapur leather balm - I think it needs a few days to work...Also tried the salad - didn't help, unfortunately.Maybe the steak before the salad or pint of beer after the salad had something to do with this?Decided to do some activity today, so went for a 2 mile run. According to the tracker, lost 175 calories! Quote
skyrider Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 I usually use renapur on my leathers good stuff Quote
