Hi everyone,

My tracer900 battery died and having issues locating a Tuasa YTZ10S. Can anyone who has used another battery recommend one please?

Many thanks

Have you tried MDS batteries?  They stock Yuasa

Yup,

Out of stock like every other main supplier. There is one that ships from Germany, but that might take too long

Have a look on Wemoto website they usually list alternatives.

I have used Motobatt without problems on several bikes.

Cheers

CCA  is cold cranking amps. A higher ampage means more power is available to start the bike in cold weather

I don't think CCA is much of an issue on a four cylinder bike . On a Harley it's everything though .

When it was cold at beginning of the year my bike would not start sometimes even with a fully charged battery. The powerline is only 130 amps, the correct cca should be 190,which is what the JMT is.

I carry a booster pack and had to use it a few times just to get it to turn over enough to fire up
