I've got problem with my back left side indicator it's very dull on my moped how do I fix this

First thing I would do is change the bulb they are cheap enough

Did the problem start before or after the bulb change?

It's probably a bad earth. There will be corrosion either in the bulb holder, in the wiring or where that indicator earth is attached to the frame.

 

You can use a test wire from the bulb to a good earth to check.

What bike is it ?

If its an old old bike it may be 6v and if you put 12v in it will dim
