Afternoon,

got myself my first bike, a cbf125,

I’ve noticed that the petrol cap hasn’t got a rubber seal on it at the point it meets the body, I’ve googled pictures and some have them and some don’t?
id of thought it’s needed to stop fuel splashing everywhere but is it a necessity?

If so where could I source a seal please. I’ve looked on EBay with no luck, I may just be being stupid but help would be appreciated.
thanks

Best bet would be to ask where you bought it from or a local Honda dealer.

No, that is a standard cap across the majority of cb and cbf Hondas. The seal is that big piece of rubber. It pushes upwards when you close the cap and push down on it to release the key
