I welcome all participants of the forum!  I am a motorcycle mechanic with over 10 years experience.  I live in Ukraine, and now I have almost no job.  my specialty is engine, gearbox, wheels, suspension.  I want to ask the forum participants if there are any chances to find a job in London in their specialty?  sorry if off topic.

I wish you all the best I'm not sure what employment is like in this industry whether there is a shortage or not. Maybe consider being a self employed mobile mechanic?

I certainly wish you well and all the success however, I couldn't think of anywhere worse to base myself or work. Try searching "Indeed UK" and search for Motorcycle Technician.

Я, конечно, желаю вам добра и всяческих успехов, однако я не мог придумать ничего хуже, чтобы обосноваться или работать. Попробуйте ввести «Indeed UK» и найдите техник по мотоциклам.

To understand my experience, I have done complete repairs of honda, yamaha, suzuki, kawasaki, KTM, HD, BMW. I also have a lot of experience in repairing the BRP brand.  ATVs, jet skis, in short ROTAX.

Good luck with your search, the way things are over here in the UK there are shortages in staff in nearly every job sector including professional trades. May be worth looking on the job search sites.

I don't work in the motorcycle trade, so I've no experience to help. But there is a shortage of people to fill skilled jobs in all industries in the UK. I've just done a search for "Motorcycle technician" and there seem to be plenty of vacancies.

I'd say consider one of the UK's smaller cities; London is great if you've loads of money, but life is harder if money is short.

If you speak some English - you don't need a lot to get by - you should do fine 👍

Вам также необходимо проверить, какую визу вы можете получить

there are two options: either a work visa or a sponsor under the program "homes for Ukraine".  I have some money for a trip and rent, but I understand that it is extremely difficult to find a sponsor.
