I have one for me and my good lass but they are to bulky. 

I'm looking for for a light weight roll into bag type.

this is the only one that I can find all others have lining.

do you guys know of any other?

I have a cheap Oxford over jacket. So far it's been 100% waterproof. I think it's the Rainseal type - about £35.

i have a Richa Rain Warrior from sportsbikeshop did the job on the few occasions that I needed it

I got this one from SBS https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/203789. It wasn't particularly cheap, but it really is waterproof.  Put it on during a couple of heavy downpours and I can honestly say it does what it's supposed to do.
