Hi @Hoggs, if you're looking for a Tag in Campbeltown, try the Linda McCartney memorial gardens in the middle of town.

 

We did these a few years ago from our base in Aviemore, sadly we were pushed for time, and never really had chance to look around, just a suggestion

That’s plainly bollock, Billionz has Billion in it which is a lot more than 60 Million, how much more depends upon whether it’s an American or UK Million

The memorial is down a very narrow street and would be hard to photo. I would pick the easy to photo Picture House on Hall Street. You can then walk to the memorial through the museum and library next door.
