Not getting full engine performance, the bike lack the speed it once had...it all happened within two days, any tip would be appreciated

First tip is to provide more information.

Age of bike, mileage, service history. Poor performance could just be binding brakes, blocked air filter, old plugs,

Or as once happened, a guy complaining his bike wasn't very fast, riding an old 125 weighing over 20 stone!

The bike is a 2019 model, serving is up to date, the brakes were inspected and they're  fine, I changed spark plugs just to make sure but the problem is still there.

I'll  be checking the air filter today.

The bike used to run fine until suddenly the performance  was noticeably  poor

What bike is it mate?

Any other things not right - the noise of the engine? Revs ok? Are the brake discs hot after a ride?

It's a suzuki 125, engine sounds fine, the only unusual sound is a rattling in the exhaust..I was wondering if there could be a blockage there🤷‍♂️

Dunno... perhaps some others here will have more of an idea than me.

something will be loose like an exhaust bracket were it bolts to the head or something similar. Get a screwdriver or anything really and start poking it about, you'll soon find the source of your rattle.

The should be a baffle or a flap in there which is supposed to have something to do with emission controls. Has it become detached?

don't remember 125s needing exhaust flaps, most likely either a bolt from a baffle (is the exhaust standard?) a internal weld spot broken or somebody/thing has dropped something inside for you? either way you might as well take the exhaust can off first and see /use a good magnet on the underside to see if its actually metal piece inside.

but that shouldnt affect its performance on its own unless of course the baffle/flap is stuck in a awkward /closed position.

does it start ok? speed, sound, idles ok?  potter about ok?

Yeah strange one, as RWS says it could be time for a bit more investigation inside the pipe. Can you get the baffle out and see inside it with a torch maybe?
