Jeeeez, who'd want to be a copper nowadays? They're so restricted to doing everything by the book. There's no leeway, no wonder scrotes take the piss.

Look at the list of offences!
who deserves to been or will be the victims of these feral nob heads?
Theyre a waste of space that just make this society terrible to be in or near.

So they decided to waste police’s time and their own to goat officers, so if the officers decide to act on nob heads action even if an offence was made infront of there faces, to question and arrest them , they would have to follow them anyway so the scrote are putting the “public” at risk anyway as they evade arrest.

Now you can’t say they wouldn’t have just knocked over some old dear or a young child with their bullshit antics at some point?

a guy at my work broke his ankle using a normal e scooter (how much law abiding is questionable with these motorised vehicles but their was no intent to commit an offence) and no officer was within 4miles anyway.

plus No helmet, carrying a passenger, no insurance……where the fook is law enforcement really ment to act?

the law failed “for public interest” once again.

Its not just the book it’s a massive failing at the top level they live in a different world, they seem to have the idea of if we don’t see or look at it (the problem or law broken by these scum) it doesn’t exist, don’t have any idea of the public people or bother with good training of officers but just ensure they can type on a keyboard for form filling- if your job role is use of in a police car for any reason (unless its just a donut run or handing some old dear some leaflets on victim support groups after being involved with dick heads like these) then training must be given to all reasonable possible use cases including high speed chase, pitboxing etc- no excuse.

its not just England but Ireland too.

It's happening everywhere now. There was a case last summer of three people on Suron electric bikes goading the police here.

They are deliberately setting out to harass, or commit crime.

And claim compo when their sub-Human rights are violated, coz it’s societies fault not theirs.

Whenever the police act these days there is always a lawyer that surfaces to say that the actions or arrests are not legal.

Should counter sue, if it started costing them money they would soon think twice

See that it took the jury only an hour to acquit him of all charges. The CPS needs f**king with a fork as it should never have gone to court in the first place. Both the scrotes had rap sheets as long as your arm and need to be locked up for years.

Bit I read was 20mins prob took that long to get them sat down and give them a cup of tea and biscuits.

Yup CPS should hang heads in shame.
