  2. On bikes with twin pipes one side is what they call the lead pipe this pipe will always get hotter then the other It's nothing to worry about My bike is the same

  8. thats what i was thinking to be honest Bob and as i said in my first post on it the charging system looks to be working when tested unless something is breaking down with heat
  9. actually I would try the suspect battery in another bike as if its the charging system thats duff you could fry a decent battery

  13. Bob you need to check if it can use itinery planning before you can load routes on to it I have one of them I will send it

You might find that it makes no odds which way the HT leads are, as long gone are the days of dizzy caps and rotor arms and all plugs will spark at the same time But don't quote me on that as sometimes one coil will do two plugs and one for the other two and could spark at different times! I would check the carb connections as said and the air filter

  22. you can buy pegs from asda with LED's in them neil i think they are shutting half the field for us this year and it might be the top half!!

    USD fork seals

    You need to split the forks to replace the seals and remove the bushes to slide the seals off, You may aswell replace the bushes while you are at it, Look at that guide that I posted above I bet yours aren't far off that the only thing you done need to do is remove the valves like in the guide
