  1. see this on a regular basis in my job i was pulling out of a bus stop the other night looked in my mirror and saw there was a car really far back when im moving off i always keep an eye on the right mirror and while i was moving out the same thing happened to me ped rider in gutter inline with the cars headlight so not only was he out of view of my mirrors untill i started to move off but he was right in the gutter infront of the car headlight and looked part of the car lickily it was a more senior person riding the ped and held back to let me out anyway if it had been a chav he/she would have just carried on at full throttle to try and beat me as they always do
  2. 2008 so still in warrenty take it back on a trailor so its stone cold and show them what its doing by the time you get there it will be all warmed up and the missfire has dissapeared how many miles are on the clock ? ps pop in newbies and introduce yourself
  3. pete247 was right its carb icing you can buy a fuel addative called proFST which will cure it will only do it on cold days
  4. when you get some and try them you WONT like them but keep using them you WILL get used to them and wont be able to ride without them so much better with them
  5. same as the ones i use
  6. you WILL lose some of your hearing
  7. if the clutch plates where sticking together there would be permanant drive
  8. i think that give it away that its not a clutch problem the engine wouldnt hold back if the clutch was slipping the engine would just rev sky high
  9. hmmm i cant really see it been carb icing as this usually just kills the engine does it do it after you let off the throttle from a constant speed then go back on the throttle ? or just random

a good clean may help but sounds to me like it could do with setting up on a dyno with the right jets and needles

  23. you sure they havent sent you two tail pack instead of a tank bag ? it looks a bit big to be a tank bag and wrong shape take a look at the pic on M&P they look different
  24. i know exactly what you mean with the pin like i say attach it to the bike so you can get leaverage on it its easier to get out while its on the bike then on the floor or in your hand and less chance of damaging it yes an exhaust can be welded if you have something to weld to you will probably find that around the area is really thin
  25. sounds like you still have air in the caliper as the fluid will push it out fluid is better then air as for the rear caliper stick it in a bag and spray loads of WD40 in there and leave overnight you will need to replace the brake pads if that doesnt work try giving the area a tap not too hard as its cast and can crack to get the bolt out attach it back to the bike to get some leaverage on it
