Rightly, or wrongly, I managed to downsize my HJC i90. I was "persuaded" to buy the XXL as the guy in the shop thought the XL was way too tight. Of course, it only took a few trips out to find the darned thing slipping down my forehead, and I couldn't close the front whilst on the move because it slipped so far. I bought THIS STUFF and pulled the liner out, then just followed to contours and stuck strips of it to the polystyrene inside, then replaced the liner, and It now fits a treat (for now anyway).

Just fitted a pair of Grip Puppies. Not the best looking accessory for a sport bike, but then, at 20 years old, it's not the best looking sport bike Having removed the Oxford heated grips, I found my fingers were wrapping right around the new grips I'd since fitted, and I was getting a bit of mid-range vibration. Now though, Just placing my hand around the fitted Grip Puppies I can feel instant comfort, and I should also get better circulation in my fingers.
