  1. Exhaust for anyone interested The rear shock spring being purple bugs me, blue/black would of been so much more fitting. Removed all the stickers bar the circular BMW logos, IMO looks much cleaner.
  2. I'll be sticking to normal, legal size. Can't be arsed with any conversation with the police over somehting like a plate
  3. Yea It looks like their 360/330mm carbon tip version. Judging by the size differnece yours is the one I'll end up swapping to when I get sick of my daft ear bleeder
  4. I was an idiot and bought their 230mm GP and its left me partially deaf haha
  5. Personally I'd be making note of any pressure loss over the coming days, if its holding pressure and your not giving the bike death I'd carry on. If you plan to hammer said bike I'd replace for my trip and have the plugged tyre professionally repaired knowing I have a solid replacement for future use. I've had a weird slow leak on the car tyre for the last year, slow enough to stick air in weekly and avoid a £200 replacement, I do however start to question its integrity at 120+ and back off haha.
  6. Sounds quite a nice thing considering paper is so quickly fading into the past. It would also be pretty cool if you offered a buy back service, this would actually be a great way to keep manuals alive and flowing between the users. Digitizing obscure manuals would also be a great idea to truely keep them alive
  7. Obiously choose as you fancy my comment was more covering options to not end up with something too loud. The OEM ebay for £50 would revert all back to standard
  8. This. They are nuts to hole onto. Pretty light weight and have some serious peak torque available both immediatley AND constantly
  9. Id be going with this spec if sensible is the aim
  10. Something like this that specifies that it specifies to UK sound regualtion should sound "sensible" to most https://www.gpr-motorcycle-exhausts.co.uk/product/gpr-exhaust-compatible-with-honda-hornet-cb-600-f-1998-2002-trioval-homologated-legal-slip-on-exhaust-including-removable-db-killer-and-link-pipe/
  11. Cheap and looks clean https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/196535392073?chn=ps&_ul=GB&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=196535392073&targetid=2340111704139&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9046590&poi=&campaignid=19089547614&mkgroupid=165877291866&rlsatarget=pla-2340111704139&abcId=9303859&merchantid=113587937&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjww5u2BhDeARIsALBuLnOVc--8uCLn5YzfZeAmGk1hNzMjPRMC8AUOUC0mqGevyUOcfLzsE0MaAjYdEALw_wcB
  12. Honestly I'm so new to bikes I habe little refference in that regurad but at a guess I'd say not
  13. Black widow 230mm GP style definitely won't make your ear drums bleed and most certainly the least stupid purchase I've made this year. Does yours still have a cat fitted? Judging by your post I'd be inclined to buy a non OEM original made by whoever does cheap standard replacements
  14. Having ridden a few surrons now, the immediate torque is mental! I have seen them ridden up 75 degree concrete etc. The immediate, full power delivery is something else. Zero need to wait for revs or even to discuss rev ranges as they simple do not apply. The obvious issue being range. I may well actually just buy a surron for shitz n gigz as they are bonkers little machines
  15. Thoughts on the Alpine stars gortex?
  16. Were there any mentions of it's price? Did I miss that? The surrons range from £4200 to £8900
  17. OK watched it. Ye I agree with you about the change is drive system being very interesting. As it happens can am's latest top end petrol buggy has some very weird front suspension knuckles that initially got loads of piss taking but have proven to put their buggy is a whole new world compared to the traditional design. They also make a 325bph jetski so they are definitely a company with some sizable bollox. I'll elaborate on my initial review now That's shite range for a vehicle of that nature. For a recreational toy it's plenty and I'm sure would be a blast. The appeal for me of electric off road bikes is the stealth riding approach. Unfortunately in the UK off road riding is limited for many without some Karen ringing the police at the first sound of a petrol engine. Not that I condone blasting around recklessly but I can think of many woods where I could ride my road legal surron etc, have a 45 min wizz up and down some fun features before heading home to drown some puppies (an activity I'm sure Karen's think any off road rider partakes in). Maintenance is as close to zero as any machine can be and as much as I love the smell of 2 stroke, they can be ridden without coming home stinking of motorbike. I will almost certainly (upon buying a house with a triple garage) be buying a 2 stoke, a 4 stroke AND electric crosser / enduro kinda bike. I'm too old school for electric to ever replace petrol completely. No Jetsons mobile will ever be a substitute for a bike fuelled by dinosaur juice. I'm sure my son, currently 3 will live his adult life (if left to his own accord) fully electric. Luckily he has an old man with gasoline in his veins and will be inheriting a plethora of petrol powered beasts and turbo'd German cars.
  18. As much as it seems traditional riders hate this electric idea, me being fresh to the scene really doesn't mind the idea. AND upon reflection the electric crosser I nearly bought has a lesser range so I'll retract my initial shit slinging
  19. Youtube? I was mainly commenting on the range than the bike as whole
  20. And to think people tried to defend public transport in the last bus thread
  21. Pics will be required please, many. I don't wanna Google said bike..... I WANNA SEE YOURS Happy bike day. Acquisition of any vehicle is one of the finest days available to man
