  1. Thank you spencer for the help, decided screw it, not in the mood to look around at the moment now and they will all come late, i'll think of something when i get there, and if not tough S*** for me All local motors are shut when i finish work, off Thursday so ill nip in and see the price, was not going to be able to come because of money issues, but decided to take risks, so spent £40 which i didn't have already. Reason for last min, is i had 3x batterys for my old phone, but that's smashed since friday, so had to change phones so only 1 battery now. otherwise i would of fixed this issue while i had time.

  7. A generilastion to which I can disprove, as my tent bag is most definitely not waterproof, and trying to put up a soggy tent is no fun =P I think you need a new tent then, sounds no good for when it's u in this weather! And damn zips that's great props to him, just too paranoid I guess about it been first time.
  8. Alright cheers people dry bag ordered, seem's alot safer and stressfree.
  9. What about a drybag, put the tent and sleeping bag in ( and a pillow! ) then strap the rucksack around the dry bag on top of the cargo net, = more stable in a drybag yes? only one i can find length wise is this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/X-LIGHT-DRY-S ... 27c73e425a 40 or 80L would do what would you guys say? would the 80 hold my rucksack too? (enough straps, theres never enough!)

  11. unfortunately i'm similar, i honestly can't help going faster than the NSL so that's all i was worried about, i personally thought the hooks would be better as complete circles?
  12. 2x hooks under the undertray, will also make use of the grab rail?
  13. thanks cat haha, i would of put it on there... dumb question the cargo net doesn't really have anything for the hooks, does that matter aslong as i secure it?
  14. i also believe i have another 2 anchor points close to the wheel's, like a round bobbin. if people are not sure what this is ill take a picture.
  15. Well what i was personally thinking was this (not sure if a good idea!) Rucksack layed down on the back, tent and sleeping bag on top, with my bike cover wrapped around the said items, with the cargo net on top, and strap 11 bungs around it and the grab rails.
  16. Hey guy's so the rally will be the first time i'm strapping item's to by bike. Any advice for a first timer? I plan to tie my rucksack, tent and sleeping back, i have no rail for top boxes. I'm armed with 11 bung's and a cargo net, how do you people do this? and any experience of losing luggage?
  17. Will be down later than i thought, will have to go alone aswell now as work NEED me in the morning, oh the joys of been young and dumb and easily to get lost....

  19. Can i get a refund Why? I thought that was your thing Now you ruined it, i was going to randomly sleep in a gentleman's tent at the rally and smile at that in the morning
