Use a disc lock reminder mate. Tie the bit that goes over the throttle to your belt loop and put your keys on the other end. That way you'll still be attached to the bike if you try and walk off without them.

I did the same. I got a large pot with some of the cleaner thrown in. I've had it years and there's still loads left! -

I still maintain that sticking a masonry bit down the pipe and drilling to the end is the way to go but good luck!

More of an oops than a f**k it but could easily have been. This morning I couldn't find my bike keys anywhere so grabbed the spares hoping to find the others when I got back from work. I went outside, lifted the cover and there they were in the ignition. Oops!
