  1. A big Congratulations to you both!
  2. I'm gonna say yes with out asking the diary (wife).
  3. I'd love to do something like this. Might bend your ear sometime for some tips and advice if that's ok?
  4. Sounds like an incompatibility issue. To be honest, Bluetoothing images will take for ever. Best to copy them off the phone onto a computer.
  5. Wow that's some insight right there. I'm not going to buy anything for a few weeks, so I have time to decide. Thanks
  6. And people still think that you just wonder around with a Polaroid
  7. Taking bownes heads, stands and modifiers on a train isn't easy either though is it mate? Once traveled from Euston to Liverpool with a 4 head set up as well as battery bank. Plus a couple of 1D bodies abd lenses. It was a nightmare getting on and off the train Bloody red photographic in London, booked my transport there but forgot to book it back. Main reason for getting out of weddings is the money, what was once a couple of grand is now £500-800. We do still have a 16 plate Honda HRV, but I hate the bloody thing.
  8. I know mate and for less than £200 I can get a Duke http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/testsratings/caberg-duke-and-tourmax" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; But they just didn't feel as comfortable as the C3. As I'm using the bike as my main transport all year round, I want something that I can comfortably wear all day.
  9. Food for thought, cheers fellas. Here's the sharp test if anyone interested. http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/testsratings/schuberth-c3-pro" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Also need to decide if to go for the dedicated Bluetooth from cardo/schuberth or just get a cardo GX9 or packtalk.
  10. I'm seriously considering getting a schuberth C3 pro bucket in the next few weeks. I have tried them on a few times, along with the E1 and they fit my head so well and it's a very comfy place to be in. But the sharp rating for them isn't that good. Cheaper lids get far better ratings. What sre your thoughts on the sharp testing? There are very mixed opinions on the web.
  11. That happens as you get older mate.
  12. I have the Gopro session and use it like a dash cam. It's either on my helmet or on the bike. It's very small but only lasts about 2hrs.The quality is ok for a £150 camera. Can't be powered by an external supply in the wet though, as the socket is behind a waterproof door on the side.
  13. Thanks for this as I have been looking into the packtalk today. I had my mind set on the C3 pro with the cardo designed Bluetooth system. But I have also been looking at other helmets and adding packtalk. After reading other reviews, it seems a lot of problems is down to the complexity of the system and reading the Bible like instruction manual.
  14. You where lucky! https://youtu.be/Xe1a1wHxTyo
  15. Hang on! 1992 wasn't that long ago. Shouldn't you just be starting high school.?!?
  16. To make it worse, I have greying hair and I was born in 1978.....
  17. Me too. Hope the next date is one I can do.
  18. Oasis

    I will

Don't wave at ginger kids for gods sake Hoggs, it will steal your soul !
  19. Nice suggestions, thanks lads. Just found the pinlock earplugs which also claim to block wind noise but still allow conversation and other noise to come through. Sorry to the OP for hijacking.
  20. Will do, cheers stewie!
  21. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember reading in one of the threads on here, that someone manufacturers an ear plug/ear phone cross so you can listen to music and cut out wind noise. Any ideas where you get them from?
  22. Has anyone watched the program called Bike life on bbc3? I can see they're not all bad but I would still class them as little turds.
  23. A good quality mooring chain will cost you a lot. Even the small gauge yacht stuff. You can buy cheap but that is what it's made of, cheap and weak.
