Neighbours' cat bit me this morning. That's why I don't like them, they're tiny little w**kers in furry suits. Give me a dog any day. This weekend I shall be in Cornwall for a much needed holiday, then returning home where a puppy shall be bestowed upon my household. Off all next week while I try and master house-training. I suspect it'll take me a touch longer than that but frankly I don't have any annual leave left.

Taken tomorrow off work so I can do moterybikering and sit on a beach. Bbq with the neighbourpals on Saturday. As little as possible on Sunday, or out on the bike again

A friend visiting on Saturday, poss overnight. I need to get a pinlock insert so trip to the local bike shop at some point.

Went out for a ride on Tuesday evening. Two BMWs tailgated me for miles (not at the same time), then a complete d*ck in a white Astra van tried to undertake me on a roundabout. Sigh.

I had one of them! Pulls like a train, well balanced, comfy, good for serious miles but can overheat in city riding. Not easy to come by spares tho, and it's heavy. Stay upright. All good. Would also put a thumbs up for MT-09 or CB1000R. Cos that's all I've ridden lately but they are fun machines.

I tried reading that but then I realised I was in danger of learning something and it is Friday after all. I'm on countdown to wine o'clock....currently 7pm after I've been to the gym F**K it...got to wait 5 hours!

Tonight I'm flying from Monroe, Louisiana to Orlando via Atlanta. Tomorrow I shall be lying by a pool in the sunshine for a few hours then I might go shopping, or find something interesting to do locally. Sunday I have to work :-/

F**k it. Just found out that one of my motorcycle instructors was killed in a crash in MK just a week ago. He was only 33. Possibly the happiest, friendliest instructor I've encountered. RIP.

Flying from Kansas City to Chicago, then from Chicago to Heathrow. Plenty of beer to send me to sleep on the night flight but not too much as I'll be in Heathrow at 6.45am. Can't wait....lol. But it will be nice to be back in my own bed Possible haircut on Sunday too!

I'm going to Kansas City tomorrow. Free day Saturday for exploring, working Sunday through to Friday then flying home next Saturday night. Should be fun

I has a virus...ended up in hozzie last night with my very first asthma attack. Still having a few breathing issues now but the respite periods are getting better and more often, which is nice as I don't like not being able to breathe. I'm on steroids and generally feel shit. And I was meant to be going out tonight. f**k it. But at least my knee is feeling better (for TC)

Just to warn you all...the vomit queen might make an appearance. Stay away from my tent between 3am and 12noon and you should escape unscathed (and not vomited on).

I think I'll be there by 6ish on the Friday. I was going to book the Friday off but I have a work thing in MK on the day which should finish between lunchtime and 3.

There is a hardstanding at the bottom of the field behind the pub, and some tents get set up quite near to it. It's also not visible to the road which is pretty quiet anyway. You can take your bike up onto the field by your tent if you prefer, just remember to bring a puck or squashed can for your sidestand!
