  5. yeah its bad but i think who ever created turn assist lighting needs a slap .. Lets make a system that turns a light on when you turn which if your not aware of and you catch sight of a light flash out of corner of eye people think they are being flashed out .
  6. This is a vital bit of information to try and help someone without beingn physically able to see the bike . People will throw out lots of suggestions to fix it without basic fault finding first. And my first question is the history of the bike .

True there are worst things that can happen and in some ways it is a minor blip in the scheme of things but this is your current crisis so it will be emotional don't rush into buying a bike for the sake of having a bike . research and if its not the best you can afford ..walk away .

  9. Are you checking them with the engine running as some bikes dont illuminate headlamps without engine running ? Any history of bike . have you seen them working ?

  17. but you think over the years how much warfarin has he handled without gloves doing a quick job etc ... and bit by bit it builds up .
  18. any history ? Has the bike worked in your possession ? Has anything happened prior to it not working ?
  19. Inspected the electrolyte level ? What century are you living in ? the one that on a ten year old bike that it may have had a replacement wet battery fitted in its life which when tipped can loose its electrolyte through its vent . Same as a sealed maintainence free battery can leak when tipped As with any fault finding you check the basics first .
  20. since you dropped the bike have you inspected the electrolyte level in the battery . Flickering/ pulsing lights show an unstable power delivery ...as if its running off the generator power. The battery not only stores the required power to start but acts as a leveller to give a constant power delivery . Abs malfunctions can be linked to a charging issues as they require a lot of power to operate properly . So check battery and then get charging system tested

  24. whatever you do DO NOT USE latex/nitrile gloves underneath as a method ..increases the risk of dermatitis massively where hands are bathed in moisture but can't breathe . But a turd only stays warm for so long . or do you stop at random dog walkers and buy their bag of stench ?
