    What bike do you have ? you should not need to charge the battery as it should charge itself when the bike is running ... if it doesnt you have a charging problem or do you leave the bike unused for a while ?

    you should be charging at no more than 1 amp on motorcycle batteries . most car charger will not recognise bike batteries
  4. how is a dog trailer any different to being transported in/on a vehicle ? police dogs for instance are contained within cages at rear of vehicle with no further restraints . Which is a world away from being dragged behind a motorbike in a a homemade contraption built out of a wheelie bin. google alphadog ,lintran or kmdogtrailers .. They all started as homemade contraptions im sure

    exhaust stud

    try using a lock nut method on the other end of the stud https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jam_nut
  11. check out Black reflective tape .. shines white and gives that visual reference in mirrors at night
  12. check battery connections .. pothole may have loosened them .. this can cause power loss .
  13. Your hair could get caught it it , this happened to girl I knew . I've never been comfortable around wood and metal working machines. Band saws give me the fear just thinking about them . nope common thing on a lathe is ... chuck key embedding itself in the wall or ceiling where you forget to remove it

  16. measure the inner diameter of the bearing dust seals for external diameter of spacer
  17. try loosening the throttle housing screws and see if you get any movement away from bar end . most are located on a spigot into the bar but this can give a few mm tolerance .
