  1. Each Cylinder will be in a different state of the combustion cycle So Exhaust valves on one cylinder will be closed and another cylinder the exhaust valves will be open or partially opening/closing

  3. Diagnosing engine sounds via recordings is always tricky......they rarely sound like they do in real life, pull the plug and put a pic up here, did it have problems before you had carb cleaned? Did you clean it or a Pro? Hello BTW

I broke down the other week (my fault) not one biker stopped to help despite me having my tank on the prop, although to be fair they were all small bikes and I assume they wouldnt know were to start (or maybe a bit scared to ask me if I needed help) Van turns up with two HA looking types offering to help me out, they were nice helpful guys, but by then I was about 200 yards from my friends garage A Busa with a Full tank is a hard push! On reflection im glad it isnt a Triumph Rocket 3

Timing is slightly advanced which is where the high Psi is produced I have new Heavy duty cables too The engine is seriously hard to turn over by hand with plugs in, Its running the way I wanted it too 24v Starter system works really well, as you can hear on the video, and I had to use it before I broke a tooth on my starter clutch (I have checked it & ok) The last diagram connects 24v when the button is pressed and then goes to seperate battery charging when engine running

As some of you know After I finished my engine work my bike was hard to start with lots of starter clutch kickback a 24v starting system was the answer Bike has a Li-ion battery which should be enough to start 200+ Psi, but wasnt (a normal battery just clicks) At the moment Im using the below method, however this has its downside of having to charge #2 battery with a tender or charger and "if" you let #2 battery discharge to empty the system wont start......stuck by the road but in reality it would have to be heavily discharged "> I will be upgrading to a system that auto charges both batteries when all the parts come, and I will update accordingly This consists of a Magnecraft 92S11D22D Relay wired as below

  10. A 13 tooth on front will sharpen it up a bit, Is it worth buying an exhaust that may or may not increase power? same for carb. But if you dont have any worry about legal requirement where you are why not just buy a bigger bike? Plastics do make a difference on top speed on a big bike BUT probably not a lot on a small bike

    Is refusing to enter anywhere that has a Ouija board a phobia? (or has had one) even if its in the Loft I blame watching "the Exorcist" when I was 9! .......I still wont watch it now .even though I watch much worse horrors now Even Odder when I consider that I dont believe in life after death

The Absolute IDIOT (Me) who went out with the secondary battery flat, assuming power would pass through battery #2 and it would still start.(after stopping to do tyres)......NOPE, So had to push the bloody heavy Busa one mile back to my friends garage Lesson Learnt, Wont be making that mistake again A pretty exhausting test of system Next project make a harness that charges both batteries

  16. I worked with some HA on the V festival in 1999 and the guys were decent enough.........the total Dick heads were the ones trying to be in the HA.....what a bunch of absolute twats they were
  17. Tie back the lever over night Bungee strap or anything that works

Just a Quick one mate If you have bike run Rough at low/mid revs when its back together....(sometimes very rough) It could be the throttle bodies badly out of sync after being put back together Something to be aware of..... and its an easy problem to sort...... but if you dont know about it you could be disheartened just a heads up
  19. I would say yes If bike runs fine without TPS connected then it wont make a difference if you buy the none TPS variety
  20. Still Worth checking Sounds like the jet hole might have been cleaned with a needle.......and probably expanding the hole so too much fuel is getting in
  21. Stupid Q but have you cleaned the Air Filter?
