  6. As Voodoo says Id put money on theres nowt wrong with your eleccys just need a new battery. Calm down dear, we can do this honest. I had the single cylinder version of yours and it wont be rocket science to fix, really need piccies to help. New forks? Im sure I read an ad where you can send yours in to get fixed, will have a look. All depends on the severity of damage but we can get it back in one piece no worries. Like a challenge 8)
  7. http://www.tonfanauroadracing.co.uk/frameset.htm Rennie correct me if Im wrong we congregate on the map in the top right corner to see the hairpin, always good for a tumble. http://www.tonfanauroadracing.co.uk/images/map_of_circuit.gif So if you ride / drive in and park up. Walk towards the track and bear left, walk through and you'll see me sunbathing 8) 8) As for directions there: http://www.tonfanauroadracing.co.uk/images/maps/map1.gif http://www.tonfanauroadracing.co.uk/images/maps/map-semiclose-up1.gif http://www.tonfanauroadracing.co.uk/images/maps/map-close-up1.gif Cost was a fiver last year should be the same or thereabouts There are better areas to view from but its peaceful n chilled, ideal to catch up with ya.
  8. No such thing as deristricting it bud, its a single cylinder 4 stroke, the only way to go faster is to give up the pies, its a simple matter of the power which cant change, to weight which can. I know, I had one for 12 months, its a great lil learner bike but dont expect cbr performance. No worries 8)
  9. I just googled the tyre in images and got: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/photos/tire-tyre-guide/Continental-ContiRoadAttackSportMileageRadial.jpg http://images.motorradonline.de/fm/186/Reifenprofile--035.jpg http://www.conti-tyres.co.uk/contibike/tyres/road-attack.php http://www.conti-tyres.co.uk/contibike/tyres/images/road_attack_pic.jpg ContiRoad Attack Direction? The orientation of the ContiRoad Attack front has recently been revised. Conti Germany responded to feed-back from the UK and other markets about maximising the already incredible durability of the original front tread pattern. After the launch of the ContiSport Attack test riders commented on the fact that the reversed tread direction gave much more uniform wear across the tyres section and so the ContiRoad Attack front pattern was switched in late October 2006 to take advantage of this better wear characteristic. Some confusion exists because some European plants outside of Germany have a tread mould with small arrows at the edge of the tread near the sidewall, these arrows should be ignored. These moulds are being replaced. ContiRoad attack customers may be offered the same tyre with apparently two different directions of rotation. The tread pattern on both tyres is fine. Riders should be aware that all relevant and legally required information regarding speed rating and direction of rotation is moulded into the side-wall of the tyre, not the tread, so be sure your tyre is fitted in accordance with the directional arrow on the sidewall regardless of which way the pattern runs.
  10. Cant seem to find a link on google for that one bud, any chance you have one. I am interested in the possibilities, dont know whether I really really need one though, managed okay so far.
  11. I have an issue with my clutch lever, its bloody hard work lol. Can use only small finger to do it so fitted an easy clutch to make it lighter. Ive seen these gear shifters, thumb operated up n down the box type of idea klictronics: http://www.nabd.org.uk/adaptions/adaptionkits.htm#klik powershifter: http://www.translogicuk.com/powershifters.htm dynojet quickshifter: http://ttp://www.dynojet.co.uk/quickshifters/shifters.htm All of the above might help, Im still on the fence whether I want one, looking at pazzo / crg levers to bring it further back to the bar.

  21. Spent ages wiping down my chain with oil yesterday to get rid of rust and it lives in the garage, it gets loved and affectioned enough and this is how it repays me, ho hum And yes your not doing it any favours just running it stationary, you need to run it literally not just sit with the engine running.
  22. might fall off that way, I dont move around on the sofa at home to watch telly, why should I move around a perfectly comfortable seat on my bike?
  23. Are we? oh yeah we are The weather looks calm for tomorrow too, so no excuses on my part from the wind slowing me down
  24. I charged a dud battery with my optimate, showed it was charged but was knackered, your local garage will have a gizmo for dropping the charge to tell if its the battery or your regulator, lol I know been there so many times lately. Still reckon linking my bike up to the optimate when not in use is a good thing
