I've no idea what group i am but at least my renewal is £90 less than last year. Of course Bennetts Wouldham charged me £200 more for less cover. I declined their offer.

Have to feel sorry for the poor sods working in shops who have to.listen to it all bloody day for literally months.

I think the systems have got a bit more sophisticated these days. Certainly I've not had £100 out of my account when I've only put in £20. Not sure whether it's the systems at the petrol station or the particular bank though.

Down here in Gloucestershire it doesn't look as if mowing season ever stops apart from being wet of course.

Around here all the Asda petrol stations are pay at pump only. But as Bender says they take a £99.00 spend initially which for some folks could be problematic.

Failed to pick it up from daughter's place. She's in Germany and son in law is working. Tomorrow we are away for a few days so it's going to be Sunday now. Typically today was a glorious day but Sunday is supposed to be wet. Not a happy camper.

I'm lucky. I've a lawyer in the family so anyone sends me threatening letters gets one straight back. Usually that results in a rapid readjustment of attitudes.

Totally pissed off with the rugby for the second week running. Opponents on the ropes and England then give the game away. South Africa will smash us.

I just use credit cards and pay at pump. Makes it all very simple although it presumes you do know your card details.

Good evening from Antwerp where I'm feeling mellow having just imbibed strong drink for the first time in 3 months and 11 days. Fly home tomorrow but just been reminded I have a dental appointment on Friday which has taken the gloss off a bit.

I had a Apple Mac and bloody thing tried to take over my life. Got rid. My Samsung Android S20 is absolutely fine. I think it's just what you find.
