It sounds like you have the settings too hard. You should have less rebound and compression at the front. Just turn each a quarter of turn off and see how that feels. If you don't notice any difference then another quarter turn off and try again. Record where your settings are now or better still, find out the bikes factory settings and set them to that (and record them) and see how things feel

Filling you car's tank to the brim is false economy. Your car has to carry all that extra weight which takes more fuel. You should only fill to 3 quarters (unless I suppose you actually need a full tank to get anywhere in one go (but then you can always stick some more in down the road)) I have a quarter of a tank and don't usually stick any more in until today. Might not bother for a few days. I really can't be arsed to sit in those f**king massive queues. A lot of forecourts were empty round here yesterday.

If you pull your bike towards you from the side stand side with the stand down you can balance the bike on the stand and spin it round. Used to do that with my 2002 CBR600F. Exact same colours as yours too.

Try the Puma Moto 1000's I have a pair of these. You put your foot in a sock type thing that is part of the boot ant then the shin part of the boot close like a clam and it has massive amounts of adjustment. They were an absolute bitch to get on an off when I 1st got them, but once they wore in a bit they are the comfiest boot in the world. Almost like wearing my slippers. The bikes are all pretty similar this year with new ruling. Electronics are all the same so it's gonna be down to the riders. I think BSB will be very close this year.
