Don't give up!! Why don't you go to St Helens examiner Anette is o.k, She told me to get up to speed on nsl road when I was doing 30. Also the routes are easier than Atherton ( according to my instructor). I did mod 1 Atherton no way was gona do mod2 there. -
Had to order a front spindle bolt ,old was bent knocking bearings after 500 mls. Ordered from Fowlers, recommended by Wemoto (did'nt have 1 )at 2 p.m yesterday, Came today, now thats what you call good service

Well in on your pass, thats the tough 1, You'll ace mod2 -
Thing is about das,you are going to be on a min 500cc, er5 or similar, Once you get the confidence ,you'll see how easy they are to ride. Noticed most on here go straight for min 500 after test, You could always restrict it if you still needed more time, betting you won't though.

Sounds a bit harsh failing you on the 3 things in previous tests,2 don't sound serious faults. Did you have any minors,or other probs? I made a few bad call's, not making progress was 1, also when doing 40 on nsl road examiner told me to get up to speed, passed with 3 minor's out of 10,you aint going to be perfect think most examiners are fair & do want you to pass If you've gone so far you owe it to yourself to carry on, the money must be a pain mind

Well in on pass, & to Apatia

Just think of the wait /expense of retest Seriously they are on your side,if you do screw up a few times, just carry on Don't forget your allowed 10 minors, Don't fail yourself for a stupid indicator or speed fault, Keep obs smooth, don't pannic you'll be fine -
Well in on pass Andy
-
Well in, keep the kettle boiling

If your on your own bike, doing test for restricted licence, Training would be up to you, book lessons, sort your own tests. If your gona do das, unresricted its their bike you'll be using Although I found 500's easier, there is a difference. Most schools will want to give you the best chance of passing, not to fleece you.

Well in on pass said it before ,thats the joker out the way, You'll be o.k with mod2 as long as you can calm the nerves. Their on your side, don't fail you ,unless you fail yourself . Good luck

Sounds a bit short on the mod2 road practice, But maybe your faster on uptake than me. Mates son is doing a 5 day res course in Yorkshire wknend after next, Thats cost £650 b.b included.

module (1) + 2 training
lingy3 replied to mealexme's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
If your doing it on your own bike (125)m maybe not Training schools won't do das with 500cc,hire,tests etc.for less than £500/£650. Not bad for a full week training & all test fee's -
Too many lessons or not?
lingy3 replied to Leeming's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
Same as you, thought their was a cut price to das training, I never found it worthwhile 1's charge about that.
