  1. To me, this says that there is something wrong with either the tire or rim and personally I wouldnt be happy if someone had to find a "work around" to get mine to fit properly Maybe its just me though
  2. there should be no reason to put a tube in a tubeless tyre, and if there is then that tyre should not be on the bike. Did you get the tyres done recently? If so demand them to re-do it for free, and get them to do it correctly this time!
  3. Ah ok. The problems of not owning a car
  4. do you get the discount if you order online? anyone know??

    Tool Trolley..

mine NEVER go back in their correct location
  6. Can I use the one of you laying over a sopping bike in very short denim shorts? Haha I have no problem with that ... im guessing you haven't found the one in helmet and hotpants then :P I found the one of you just in a bra, showing off your tattoo, but not that one. Maybe I'll jump back on fb for a bit...
  7. I have co-pilot too. On my phone as an app though and it does work great. Its always nice when it tells me theres a speed camera ahead too haha.
  8. I was thinking about getting one, but I don't usually buy things there. On the other hand, I do need a new tool set. Is there a time limit on trade cards? Ie they are invalid after a year?
  9. nope, but they are american, so almost as bad... so are the people that host this so dont knock them bad, like wicked or "sick" - meaning really, really good!...

  11. nope, but they are american, so almost as bad...
  12. turns out I need to verify myself with them first... sigh.
  13. awesome, thanks guys. I'm currently trying to get the f*cking thing off my computer and onto the web. Everything is now on the host site, its just not showing up when I put the address in... Oh wells, I guess I know what I'm doing for the rest of the night!
  14. I'm currently designing my own website with wordpress (I know, but its my first one, so I'm allowed to cheat) and I only have about 5 decent photos of my own, so I thought I'd come to the forum and see if anyone has any images of which they own full copyright and can give me permission to use them on the site about the site: Its not a money making site, probably won't get many viewers either. Its just a hobby after wanting to design and publish a website for the past 5ish years. Its about bike events, hence why I want bike pics. The site probably won't be up and running for months The Images: Quality wise - It really doesnt matter. Lower quality images I can use for thumbnails etc and higher quality may be used on the main page. All images I'm currently using are taken on a camera phone, so quality isn't too much of an issue. Obviously though, the higher quality the better. Content - images of more than about 5 bikes in one image. The point of the site is bike events and rides, so either of bikes parked or riding. Images of emergency services vehicles. There will be a page about them on the site, so images would be useful Price - I'm going to be cheeky and ask if I can have them for free? So basically, if you have any old pics on your computer from past events, or ones you are particularly proud of, It'd be great if you could send them to me Either PM me for my email address or post them on here if you can Many thanks Alex
  15. BMAD (bike festival)
  16. I have a drift and quality wise its probably in the middle of the two. It depends what you want it for really. The odd thing on youtube or recording for insurance purposes and anything more than the hawk is a waste of money.
  17. Where else would you wash it? Na, I have never heard of any laws about it unless we have a draught, which we don't (but even then, who would realistically dobb you in for that?) You'll be fine. Most bikers wash their bike outside their homes.
  18. I think the best bet would be to get it professionally sprayed at a dust free booth with dedicated spray guns rather than attempting it yourself. ps, power coating usually looks crap on engines too. The finish is usually too dull and doesn't look anywhere near as good as factory finish

    Battery

whilst everyone seems to be having issues with them (including myself), I wanted to ask your advice on what to buy to replace it I'm running an alarm, 12v charging socket for my phone, heated grips and sometimes some other stuff off it, so with that in mind whats the best battery to buy that won't run out of juice even if its sat for a few days? Also the bike is used over winter and left outside overnight, so gets cold and isnt usually ridden far, so doesnt have long to charge. Basically, whats the most powerful battery you can get that doesnt cost a million quid?
  20. Or you could use the bike enough to actually charge it? Chargers are a waste of time imo
  21. If I was a car driver, I would run you over! I was following a scooter without downpipes the other day and my ears were bleeding. If you did that on a ER6n... Plus, doesn't the bike need it for backpressure anyway? Thats why you have to dyno it if you put an aftermarket full system on?
  22. my hard case from ultimateaddons was absolutely fine. You can set it just tight enough that you can adjust the angle whilst riding though
  23. looks like he hit the accelerator rather than brake. A simple mistake which more than likely ruined a few peoples week to say the least
  24. I have to say, I'm not a fan of the LED strips. I'd have the R6 anyway
  25. unfortunately the bar mount won't work on the R6 because it has clip-ons. I tried swapping mine over from my bandit to the RR and found out the hard way, 170 miles from home that it wouldn't connect, so had to rely on the unclear audio. Needless to say, i got a bit lost... Anywho, you can get stem mounts from RAM mor UltimateAddons which look a bit like this http://www.motorcycleracegear.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/r/a/ram-b-3423.jpg They work great imo.
