  1. That you did mate.
  2. Mine has to be @dynax as he was the one who told me about this place..
  3. Yeah that bike comes alive after 6000 revs. Also, I know people say to not aim for a far ish destination in case you get tired, but if your lessons were like mine, you were riding for 3 to 4 hours each time. Which is a big run for a day out. But it is different on your own and feels great. I was off to the coast within a week,
  4. Congrats.. enjoy the new freedom
  5. We are planning this for our honeymoon and Im curious how far in advance you need to book B&B's etc.? It wont be until May 2022 so no big rush but I was thinking its best to book 12 months ish in advance? cheers
  6. Ive had loads come via royal mail this week, and stuff 2nd class within 4 days. So its either bad luck or they let me down again
  7. I think their on ebay? Ive had push rod seals etc from them Im sure of it
  8. I knew someone would say that lol. Its by royal mail second class. Ive had all sorts arrive via the same route from all over. It could be just unlucky its them thats slow or not sent again. In July i ordered fork seals and after a week i rang to chase up and it said they were delayed as the oil was on a big delay of 5 days or more. so had to cancel and got them next day from another supplier. I like there shop, the layout, the price but as of yet struggled to get anything arrive.
  9. Still waiting for my ACF50 from sportsbike shop. I know they are recommended here but its twice ive ordered something and twice its not come so getting a little sick of them. I thought price was too good to be true. it was despatched 6 days ago and ive had loads of parcels come in the same time frame from all over including overseas. I know the forum suggests them and gets a bit from it but they don't seem to give a good service, or its me being unlucky.
  10. I stand corrected of course lol
  11. Ive seen people use the MT series for touring, or any bike that isn't leaning over the tank like a sports bike. After chatting with a few guys out and about, the general feeling is the tourer bikes or adventure bikes have you ride more sensible. There are the big tourers like the pan European which is huge. Some bikes like the gs1200 are large bikes compared to the likes of Bandits etc. The Bandits and fazers, XJ600 etc are great all round bikes you can ride all over on. You may get to try some on training if the trainers have a mix of bikes,.
  12. I understand mate. its still a good idea. I use an online place for clients as my old framer retired. Just wasnt sure what you did.. What photography did you used to do?
  13. No worries buddy
  14. Pudding is a different story, I don't like Christmas Pudding. So, usually its something with cream or ice cream. (both for me).. Cheesecake or choc pudding. Usually very full but will fit it in.
  15. Canvas prints are popular with my clients usually. what thickness frame do you stretch onto.
  16. Bloody hell, you don't mess about lol.. sounds very nice though
  17. Hey, well its nearly time for the big day of eating.. (or the only excuse to this year) I must admit Im not a fan or Turkey on its own, so we usually have Turkey and Beef, or Turkey and Lamb. (sorry vegetarians) At times no Turkey at all. What are you all having, Traditional or your own way..?? Also, what do vegetarians like to have?
  18. Just bimbled on to see what your all doing...
  19. I used compare the market and always get best price from Bikesure.. But i guess our individual info will dictate who gives best price. MCN also have a comparison site now too, I get an individual breakdown cover from dynamo and as its a personal cover it covers my car and bike.
  20. But you recommend them?
  21. do they fit the oxford wire loom or need a little mod,, is only 2 wires so no big deal lol.
  22. Sorted, got 32oz acf50 for £25 free post,,,, r8 deal
  23. Ah my usual rush had me look, see bikesure then click away lol..
  24. I cant find the link in the forum buddy I want to order their acf50 now.
  25. From what Ive watched and read since last night, it seems the XCP is great on areas you don't see much. Like under swing arms etc. But ACF50 is good for all over. If I could afford it I would acf50 the whole bike and XCP the underside and vulnerable. But for now based on ACF50 still giving around 2 months of rust free per application, Il get that.
