PASSED. 2 minors. don't know how i did it. missed turn off from motorway, examiner pulled me into a layby and told me not to make the test route up as i go along, dead pan face too. then overtaking on motorway when he said take next exit, so had to pull into traffic, but all said and done, it's a pass. now it's bloody raining so i can't get bike from my friends storage. just want to say a big thanks to Brian and the guys at 2wheelsmotorcycletraining.co.uk for all their help in getting me onto a big bike. also a big thank you goes to you guys for all the advice and support you have given me and all the other guys/galls on here. THANK YOU

mod 2 tomorrow morning 9.07,lol. went out yesterday with my instructor, was terrible. i rode like a newby. hope i do better tomorrow. so desperate to get on the big bike. had it for weeks now and only sat on it with centre stand down,lmao.

well, i got the scratch remover, and although it hasn't removed the scratch completely, it is less visible. i may try using it again. have tried several times to remove the scratch, but it doesn't seem to be getting any less now.cheers for all the help

i'm going to treat myself to a new helmet. this one i want to keep as a spare.

I caught my helmet when putting it down and damaged the visor. It's a small scuff just to the left of my left eye. It doesn't impede my vision but I was wondering if there was a scratch remove I can use. The visor is otherwise unmarked.

Believe it I didn't. Used the tecwash wash then the proper for rain wear. Just seems to have lasted a short time.

got to say i do love the justissimo and earplugs work well. just fancy treating myself.

well, probably counting my chickens, but i'm after a new helmet for passing my mod2 next Saturday, a treat for myself. i'm after a flip front with built in bluetooth. now, budget is about £150, no more. any ideas guys. my present helmet is a caeberg justissimo, love the fit but a fair amount of wind noise.

can't see another topic so thought i would ask. last time i was out i got soaked, my trousers were fab, not a drop got through, but my jacket ended up dripping in the bathroom. now i waterproofed it after it was last washed (after the winter weather) and it was fine, but now leaking like a sieve. just wondering what you guys recommend as a re-proofer as there are loads out there, in machine washes, sprays and so on.

lol, is there a problem? lol, i know what you mean. depends on what day. i did my first on a Monday, usually a busy day, but was pissing down like u have never seen, so was quiet. next one is on a Saturday morning, now it depends where i go, metro centre area and it will be as busy as hell, anywhere else should be quiet. but good luck wherever u go.

could it be the side stand cut off switch, do they have one.

sorry to hear that, can u not try Imodium instants, works very quick and is good for a few hours. is it a bug or nerves?
