  1. You may have blown a fuse or the battery may have lost voltage or there's a bad connection somewhere.
  2. +1 what RM said.
  3. If it's under warranty, have it serviced, get ripped off, then check all the work that's been done. Don't trust any bike shop to do a proper job. If it's out of warranty and you're not a mechanical idiot, do it yourself, ask for advice, buy a manual, watch YouTube videos, save money, learn lots, have satisfaction.
  4. Was going to go, but will spend the day in my garage instead.
  5. I thought there was something missing.
  6. The spacers form a tube from one side of the swingarm to the other. When the rear spindle nut is correctly tightened, none of the spacers should turn. You have more than a problem with that spacer.
  7. Do you know why it was turning?
  8. Yes it is a good idea to replace it with one that is undamaged and the correct length.
  9. If the spacer touches the arm, or anything else that is fixed, it shouldn't rotate.
  10. Is that spacer inside the hub, ie between the pulley bearing and wheel bearing?
  11. Try the OSS or ACP forums. Someone on there will know.
  12. Carb balance?
  13. Undo bolts that hold pads in and remove pads Check fluid level in reservoir. Pump pistons out about 10mm, make sure fluid in reservoir. Clean and Polish pistons. Remove any crud from near pistons. Push pistons in as far as possible, check reservoir fluid. Fit new pads. Pump pistons out until brakes work. Check fluid level.
  14. If you use a split link, it's an easy job. If you use a rivet link, you will need a rivetter tool, about 50quid.Not everyone can use a rivetter properly. Split the old chain using an angle grinder, hammer and pin punch.
  15. I have a hydraulic lift in my Transit for lifting the Fazer or GSX in. Towed the caravan around UK for 3 months and rode the Fazer when the roads were good.
  16. I use split links on my drag bikes and never had a problem.
  17. Find the heavy positive cable from the starter solenoid. Trace it back to the engine.?
  18. Manchester?
  19. Where is it?
  20. Where are you? Send me the caliper and master cylinder!
  21. What he said.
  22. Red rubber grease every time, but you need to clean the seal annulus and preferably replace seals with new ones.
  23. You should be able to push the piston in by hand, without a G clamp.
