Try to replace with stainless or new mild steel.Dont buy second hand mild steel.

Yup , as long as within tolerances, theyre ok. But , you may want to optimise them so you dont have to do them again. Shims or tappets?

Clutch is dragging Check cable, release mechanism and if necessary strip and clean clutch.

I had the same problem with a Bandit 600. I added 30ccs of fork oil to each leg. Sorted Nothing to do with damping, the extra oil reduces the airgap and improves the springing.

Anybody on here in Northeast Scotland. I'm in Huntly for a week then heading to John O Groats, then down the west coast. Got some routes off Throttled that I'm gonna try.

I drilled one out to just less than the core diameter of the thread. Then hammered a torx bit in.
