  1. Will see you there mate!! Gonna get out early myself and do a bit of practising. Gonna find a car park and do some emergency braking then practise my turning on a quiet roundabout. See you at 10:30 mate.
  2. Fair enough. I will let you off this time!!
  3. Been too loing since I have seen your smiley face!!! Make the effort!!
  4. Think you are right Rennie. It has to be split correctly which for these plates is 2 letters, 2 numbers, space, then 3 letters.
  5. Exactly mate. She seems to have a bit of interest in the bike so I want to take her out on it some time. Just need to get gear sorted out now.. Anyone got any gloves or boots going free then all help is welcome!!! Yes.... I am a cheeky sod, but if you don't ask, you don't get!! Reckon she is about a size 4 boot, and has ickle hands
  6. A woman I have met. Nothing really happening at the moment. Things are having to move very slowly for reasons I won't go into for the sake of her privacy. She is a friends work colleague. Nice girl..... Not expecting anything from it, but it would be nice if it were to. She would fit in well with the rest of the women on here as well. Another 5 foot nothing!!
  7. I agree Voodoo. These ones are designed to be worn on the front or back. Whichever is preferable.
  8. Just though people might be interested in these. I know especially you peeps that take your kids out. Looking to buy some for the sake of my soon to be pillion friend. Found the latest version. Think they are very clever. http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/product_images/motrax_deluxe_lovehandles_1.jpg http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcy ... prod/30769
  9. My Winter one http://www.dhautos.co.uk/cold-killers-h ... -316-p.asp Can't find my summer one, although it's just a simple thin cotton balaclava. Only cost me a fiver.
  10. Use a very thin balaclava for summer and a thick one with a neck warmer for colder times. Seem to work a treat for me. I don't sweat because of it and my lid still seems ok.... Saying that though, my noggin don't seem to sweat too much. I actually only started using them to pin me ears as they were rubbing on the inside of my lid, but found they are useful for keeping other things as well (Keeping head phones from falling out of your ears for one!!) Downside (Or up side for some ) You look like a ninja when you take your helmet off!!
  11. The weather "Might" be ok tomorrow and this is happening at MFN!! http://streetfightersclub.co.uk/site2008/images/stories/rallys/streetfightersrally3.jpg Notice it costs to get in though.
  12. If the weather is good, count me in mate!!
  13. http://bulldogbash.eu/
  14. You can indeed - called Akito Desert Brilliant mate. A bit more expensive, but good stuff. Tempted to get the waterproof gear for myself as well.
  15. Hehehe Sounds like you have found yourself a good woman there. Earns 3x more than you!! Everyone's a winner!! *That last speech brought to you by Mr Shallow bast*rd. One of the lesser known Mr Men from the childrens books!!*
  16. Just what the hell are you doing buying my new lady a helmet for her birthday. You keep your mits off her!!!!
  17. CHEAPSKATE! so am I I agree mate. Thing is she is new in my life. If she is still around in a years time then I will be buying her the good stuff. She ain't walking away with a £1000 of bike gear in a couple of months if it don't work out between us!!
  18. Looking for some cheap reliable stuff for a lady friend of mine at the moment. Can you get trousers that attach to the jacket?
  19. Was there for about an hour. From 6:45 to 7:45. Never mind mate, maybe next week.
  20. Nipped down tonight. Did not see anyone I knew, but had a good luck round. Was too nice to be sat around chatting tonight. Will have to get a good meeting sorted soon. Oh this weekend is street fighter weekend apparently. Might be worth a look if the weather holds out.
  21. Use Autoglym cleaner and protector. Worth it in my eyes. For the insides I tend to wash the bits that can be, a clean slightly damp cloth for the bits that won't go in the washer, then a good place to let the insides dry out quickly!! Oh, a bit of fabreeze keeps them going for ages!! One last thing. If you don't protect your leathers they go brittle. In a fast off you may as well not be wearing them. They will just fall apart!! As I said I use Autoglym protector. I only use it about once every 2 months although you can use it less.... The bottle says twice a year, more if you the leather goes through extreme conditions.
  22. By eck, he is right!!! Weather is looking good until about 10am tomorrow!!! Will be there unless something comes up (Actually I should say "unless something falls out". My sister is going to make me an uncle any day now.... Who's glad I said Uncle and not Father!! .... Anyhoo I should stop ranting and close these brackets... You have probably forgotton where the sentence was before these brackets opened and now you have to go back and read them!! ). Ok that was the end of the sentence... Kinda made the whole thing worthless really. See ya laters.... Or run away when you see me coming, which, after that, I would understand to be honest!!
  23. I will throw my bit in. Got Alpinstar two piece that zip together. Very comfy and good quality. Price can make you a bit ill though..... Looking back I would have gone for cheaper if I had known.
  24. Nah mate, although if I had the cash......... Just saying thanks for everyone else to refer to. They are stunning machines!!
  25. Bloody hell, nice find mate. Thanks for the link.
