Well, I have to go to Girton anyway to drop off some birthday presents, so I'm still gonna set off for the White Swan in a few minutes. Will wait for a little while once I'm there but won't bother sticking around too long if it's raining and there's no sign of any of our lot show up. If you don't see me there, I've either given up and gone home already, or my bike has screwed up and killed me on the way over

Just noticed this morning (from the bus) work has started on the new Marina bar. Up to fist floor level and a steel frame is up. Maybe a bit late for this year but looks like it'll be there next year. Lets wait and see what the new management thinks of us bikers there every Tuesday night.

Good to meet up with some old faces. Will be good to see you again Neil, if you are going the week after next i'll come to yours and ride up from there, if that's ok. Got myself a 600 Fazer which is going in next Tuesday for some work so will be ready for the summer after that.

Didtn't bother with a hotdog, but enjoyed a KFC instead on the way home!!

Postie normally comes at around 1pm, and i leave mine about 5pm to arrive for 6..

So 4 hours to pull my engine out, pull the head off, do all the oily stuff, engine back in, and fresh oil

Drove back from swansea last night and it was sun sun sun! As I got futher east it went rain rain rain!

Just checked accuweather and apart from a brief spot at 6pm it's meant to be clear all evening, so we plan to be out. Certainly can't be wetter than the ride back from Somerset yesterday...

BBC Weather (if you ever rely on this) has 2 spots of rain, which means consistent, from 3.00pm until 1.00am. Plus I`m scrubbing in new tyres and I`m not keen on wet roads when doing so. See you all next week (weather permitting)

My engine gasket set didnt get delivered today anyway..
