Went down there today.

It was nice, a bit crowded until 4, it was easier to move around after.

I was expecting more in terms of bargain-offers (not that I looked for many things, I only had in mind to search for Arai) and I'm not sure that the ticket of £20 is reasonable, but it's London after all.

The slide show with McGuinness, Whitham, Walker was very good.

The best thing (and I would never imagine saying that) was the Rossi MotoGP bikes collection.

its a day out , you won't get much in the way of bargains, what they charge the stool holders is outrageous, if they did not have the track set up in the middle it would look empty, personally I would rathere see more gear for sale than watch mcguiness 's teeth race round a make shift track

And 15 quid to park a car !!

Just got home.

Queued for an hour to get into the car park

Paid 15quid to park

Paid 20quid entry fee.

The place was packed out - could hardly move for people.

Had a good look about, loads of BMW adventure bikes.

Was hoping there would be more biking gear for sale, but there was loads of cheap rubbish.

I did end up buying richa waterproof jacket and trousers. Haggled an extra 10quid off the show price.

Refused to pay seven quid for a hotdog!!

Didnt bother sitting on any bikes.

The new R1 looks like it's got a huge seat with bits missing.

It was ok. Quite busy, enjoyed watching the demonstration on the victory cruiser before the race with mcguiness and crew. Sat on some nice bikes, Fell in love with the thruxton ace cafe model and the BMW S1000 white :)

Bought no gear as it was all crap looking and expensive.

Why adertise this with a sports bike!? You know no one's going to buy one unless they have a scooter or pan European.

Someone I was riding with on Sunday said there was a big stand for POLITE lol...

I just smiled passing by as I remembered last week's polite Phil's video!!!

But I just noticed on the picture, is it £35 for a vest???!!!wtf??

Ironically the bloke in the photo is riding Phil's bike!!

That made me chuckle as I walked past. Its the reason I took the photo actually. Lol

Kind of wish i had got down for this but also not too fussed. Mcn shows are overpriced for what you get, they have also now taken over the peterborough show in may because bmf refuse to pay what the showground wants so im guessing the show will be a lot different to previous years, but hey it was a scorcher of a day last year so its a good day out

I went, underwhelmed by the R1. RSV4 was gorgeous as was the 1299. H2 i liked in the flesh after deciding it was ugly from the pictures. Valentino is the nutts. Talked to a guy about a custom flat tracker, i loved it and want one
