To be fair, I think Beefy would do a great job of prepping them. Over tightening a random selection of bits (and not attaching other parts at all) is pretty standard for the crappy stealerships selling Chinese bikes.

Id charge £100 and tell the buyer that its come from china and you're taking a gamble. It might run for a while it might die in a month. For £100 you can't go wrong! Id be the best Chinese bike dealer going.

Give them time, they probably fell off their chairs and banged their heads in disbelief that someone would actually consider buying 25 Chinese bikes at one time!
