It's got to be man-flu, Dr. Davey prescribes a week off work spent lying on the sofa watching TV, with bike rides when weather permits.

Had a weird interaction this morning, the old bike blogger Mordeth13 has gone off a bit of a cliff more and more over recent years. Shares increasingly unhinged conspiracy stuff, and I decided to just quiz him on one. Blocked me quite quickly after a number of insults. I once hoped to one day do a tour of Taiwan on a bike with him. Guess that's not going to happen anymore

It is getting more fractious online I've noticed. And so many bots and fake accounts spewing random conspiracy in comment sections. Loads of them if you scroll through them, you find what looks like posts in Russian language if you go far enough. Can't say I'm surprised.

We have a young woman who works for us that is always looking at her phone. Some of the BS she reads and actually believes to be true is not only worrying, but sad and infuriating at the same time. She's a bit of a man hater, so any of my factually correct information gained form almost 60 years of life experience just gets frowned at

I work with Russians and most of the time they are totally normal people but on some subjects some of them are completely batshit crazy.

Cough is still bad but I'm manly struggling through without drawing attention to it. Wife doesn't accept that my valiant efforts to be utterly masculine is worth celebrating - it is. I am drinking wine. Huzzah. Expect another poor online purchasing decision soon. I hope it's a helicopter or a jet pack.

Out still amazes me how proper fog completely screws the aspect of a road reading even if you know the road very well.

What a great good afternoon.

 

Decided to try Android instead of a life of Apple at the last phone swap. My god, as bad decisions go this is one of my worst - i absolutely loathe my Z Fold 6.

 

I was explaining to the O2 man exactly how much I hate it when I accidentally deleted an important email. Loud ructions ensued.

 

Anyhoo - O2 allow you to swap any phone over 3 months old for a different phone. I can have a Pro Max again and forget this stupid non iOS nonsense.
