I think 5 years of hard time with no remission would be about right. No messing about with reform etc either as these guys won't change. They'll be in and out of the nick for the rest of their lives. A lot to be said for (liberal) California's "three strikes and your out."

I would double the sentence every time, you would get non of this huge list of previous crimes, I recon by 4th or 5th sentence they would be away for reminder and if they've not learned from first 4 they prob never will.

I'm with s-westerly,  no such thing as reform for people like this, they have no respect for themselves or anyone else, they'll never change ..... They'll be back on the streets again soon doing the same shite all over again!
