Jetheat
Hi, I have a full car license. Can I ride a 125cc motorbike now with a CBT but without a provisional license? JH
Tiggie
You can do a cbt and ride up to 125cc. You have to redo your cbt every two years though if you don't do a full test in that time

JHyou have a license, things just get added to it, you don't get a separate provisional for motorbike, this should have all been explained whilst doing cbt. Jetheat
I applied and paid for a provisional motorbike license to the DVLA, because Google says you need a provisional and a CBT to ride a motorbike! Have I just wasted money? JH
bonio
Sorry, yes. Hopefully the person at the DVLA will notice this and refund you. Edited February 27, 2023 by bonio
