  7. As part of the server move I need to update the DNS records Sometimes these can take a long time to update upto 24 Hours! So if you find yourself on the old site after around 18:00 then you may need to clear your cache on your browser and flush your DNS records too Instructions can be found here for flushing DNS https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html Please google how to clear your cache for the browser you are using Also please not that clearing the browser can also stop the automatic login working so please try and remember your password Hopefully things go smoothly and no one is left behind

  10. Just to keep you in the loop I have just had a call with another hosting company and have gone ahead and ordered a new hosting package The cost of this is just over £1200 for 2 years paid upfront! I will now instruct them to start the process of moving us over to the new servers which will possibly cause some downtime while this takes place

  12. If you was closer and I had £900 spare I would take it off your hands.........
  13. Had the bike picked up by bmw today It had to go in for some recalls to be done the other week. One of which was a software update but for some reason it wouldn't accept the update! They need the bike during the week to hook it up and contact Germany to intervene. Picked it up after I finished work and will do the update and drop it back off to my home. All free of charge! Don't listen to what everyone says about bmw

  16. pretty much what you have said make sure to loosen everything while the wheel is on the floor first its easier than fighting with the steering turning in all directions make sure you look at what spacers you have and keep them at the side of the bike they came from If you have ABS sensors undo and remove them as they can easily be damaged when removing and replacing wheels No need to push the pistons back Clean and re grease everything as you put it back Caliper bolts are meant to be clean and dry with no copper slip or anything like that so don't stick anything on those

  20. For anyone wanting to donate to the forum you can do so here https://themotorbikeforum.co.uk/clients/donations/ Or you can subscribe to to forum here https://themotorbikeforum.co.uk/subscriptions/ I am looking at a cost of around £1400 for 2 years worth of hosting I then need to factor in the forum software which is $100 every 6 months, Backup storage £25 per year and the domain names which vary in price and is a total of around £45 per year!
  21. Definitely a scam! Probably the most common one on ebay
  22. Just checked and it's showing
  23. Small percentage on purchases
  24. I'm not sure yet till I get a total cost worked out for the new server I am also trying to see if I can jiggle the resources about and save some money in the process. I may already have enough to cover it but then need to work towards the next 2 years.
  25. Like? Happy to look in to it further
