  1. I would never try and update maps while on a trip!

I also prefer to update over the pc as it has to e plugged in anyway but there has been a few stories of updates going wrong and making the zumo unusable! And requiring a factory reset and an update via garmin express to fix it! Which is not ideal when away on a trip

There was the infamous “cleavage thread”, which saw it get very busy!

One of a few threads I’ve ever seen that when it got taken down, started a witch hunt to find the person who blabbed

Fingers got pointed, including me over a post that was ironically in defence of the person who had reported it. I imagine this didn’t help the adult sections lifespan, but seeing as everything is politics or conspiracy these days, I kinda miss the “Wild West” era of the internet!

Nah you're far from the truth there

It was the fact that some of the women on here at the time was jealous of each other of who was getting attention from the men

I miss all the good stuff...

Actually, I remember we used to have an "Adult Section". That vanished a good long while back but had a fair amount of raunchiness on there.

The trouble is we didn't have many adults.........

    Hi.

Most Wednesday's I like to get to Fimber bike cafe. Today I had other things to catch up on. I'm a bit of an aircraft anorak and as I was looking through some 1971 Phantom F4 low flying video's I noticed the below on the navigators map.

By coincidence I could see the villages around the Fimber area. Low and behold you can just make out Fimber middle right.

    Regards.

That's a good road up from fimber through North Grimston and up to Malton

Then on the Helmsley then Stokesley :thumb:
