  1. remove your sprocket cover and give it a good clean inside while its off check out your clutch push rod seal that could be whats leaking and mixing with chain lube thats inside the sprocket cover then running out i have just replaced my clutch push rod seal for the same reason road salt and grit gets thrown on to the push rod then in to the seal when you use the clutch which destroys the seal
  2. still a bit early for me craig bikes still in bits awaiting new rear shock once that arrives and my undertray is painted i will be ready for the summer

  6. could be a blown bulb or a bad earth or no power to the indicator on some bikes an indicator will stay on when no power to the other on others the one that works just flashes fast
  7. it depends what manual you have some are crap and have bits missing i think i have one somewhere i will look
  8. the zxr tensioners arent that bad but sometimes the spring can go weak and not adjust up properly the trick is to pull it out and reset it then put it back in and it usually tensions it up properly now then cam chain is a pice of piss to do i did one on my zxr when i had it have you got a manual ? just follow it its as easy as that
  9. Ahh And stu.. you have yet to learn the Real joys of the vehichel he'll be using too.. One day.. thats harsh that ive only had two bad years on bike not my fault i only covered 8000 miles in 2 years mind thats more then majority of bikes in 10 years

    CB500 Steering Lock

    some can be a pain in the arse to get right before the lock will engage the only advise i can give is to turn the bars to full lock and while trying to engage the lock move the bars back and forth till it locks i had to do this with one of my bikes all the time

    the majority of things only need basic tools which is what most bike/car owner should have anyway if not the can be bought pretty cheap and save you a forune in servicing costs but i know where your coming from

    As djtdon has said learn its not that hard in fact most people wil be surprised how easy it is ps tyres are fine theres loads of meat on them things are starting to go back together now no pics though throttle bodies are all back on new chain and sprockets bought and fitted new rear shock getting ordered next week aswell as new fork springs undertray needs painting up again and a few daft little bits to buy and all will be finished
