    check the multiplug wiring connector behind the right (i think) side fairing that runs the the clocks and ignition also the starter relay wiring give them a good wobble with bike running watching for anything stopping working

    was the engine cold when you checked it ?
  3. the bike will only let so much fuel through depending on how hard the air is drawn in so you wont get excess fuel ring the guy up and ask him dont tell him you have stripped it though
  4. the bike should still run fine and the shop should never let it out the door running like that so i would take it back to them

    half the stuff im doing i dont "have" to do but i want to keep on top of it and it saves you more jobs in the future
  6. had this before on one of my bikes but never stopped it going in to gear though the gear leaver just didnt return properly well infact not at all i had to move it back down after every change till i got home a strip and clean and it was like new again

    work continues took my bloody time didnt i pulled a few more things off the bike then a few more and more currently looking like this a few little electrical gremlins sorted valve clearences checked cams out to measure shims and shims ordered there was only 2 that was out of spec and that was only by .03mm cams awaiting removal rear cam out with bucket and shim removed bucket and shim to be continued

  18. had a couple first one i wont go in to details but i ended up doing around 40 - 50mph head on into a tree bike hit tre sending me head first in to it i was wearing an 8 week old AGV pro helmet and it did its jod very well and would recomend one to anyone second left vicki's house and about 700 meteres down the road had a bad tank slapper at a fast speed slid along the road for what seemed like forever was wearing RST leathers Hein Gericke gloves and sidi boots the leathers stood up really well knackerd the zip round the waist and was scuffed everywhere but stayed together the gloves wore through on the palms and on two fingers litle bit of gravel rash on palm but burn the top of one of my fingers away boots lost half a toe slider helmet never touched but got replaced anyway the RST leather did there job really well considering they where only £300 gloves did ok could have been a little better but at the speed i was going and my hands went down first they wasnt too bad Stu

  21. an impact gun usually does the trick to slacken the bolt
  22. im in not one for watching the racing or keeping up with it but what the hell
  23. no it hasnt worked so you will have to do it all again glad its sorted
