  10. vacuum pipe attached to the fuel tap properly from when you removed the tank ?

  12. another for the springs here if i remember rightly they are the same springs used on the TL and they are a must change when a clutch goes in on a TL might have something to do with all that torque also get HD ones if your going to do a job do it properley

    Starting issue

    prob the starter switch might be worth taking it apart for a clean just on the safe side then you know its done and if it happens again it wont be that also stick some electrical grease in there not wd40 as wd40 dries out and chases grease off
  14. yes just gently pull the lever right at the end and you will feel the free play
  15. you should have around 3-5mm of play before you feel resistance
  16. there should be an adjuster at the lever that you turn out to take up the slack that will bring the biting point closer to the bar
  17. first of all try adjusting the clutch cable properly and changing the oil in the gearbox i think these have a separate oil for the gearbox if no joy with that then i think its time to take the clutch apart and inspect it i recon the clutch basket will be knotched and causing the clutch plates to stick and not disengage properly

    if its the metal ring gaskets that go in the engine block where the pipes slot in then try tapping them home with a suitibly sized socket
