You can attach a Ram Mount to almost any bolt or screw on the bike. Simples. -
The screen is not a good place to mount a device, it will put extra stress on the screen.

I had an F 650 as a loan bike once, it was like riding a Kango road drill.

The blocking of roundabouts is fairly common amongst German riding groups, not so much in the UK. The Motorists in Germany just seem to accept it. Not sure I agree with it myself.

BMW make it as difficult as possible for you to do your own servicing, you can buy a GS 911 to perform a lot of tasks, but the bike still needs to be connected to the BMW mothership for certain tasks.

I will be riding the SR 65 Futa Pass Bologna to Florence road in a couple of weeks time and had toyed with the idea of visiting the Ducati Museum while I was in the area. If time allows I might.

Automated petrol stations are fine as long as you use the right cards. Automated stations automatically authorise 100€ so a lot of cards restrict usage in automated petrol stations. I take a Fair FX card (not for petrol) and a Halifax Clarity credit card ( no fees for European transaction) for use in petrol stations. Works fine.

There is no hard and fast speed for changing gear, just use your ears if the engine is screaming you should have already changed up.
